Computer-Aided Design and Machining

We can turn the most primitive napkin scratches into 3D models, and models into metal with milling machines up to 3M and lathes up to 5M capacity. Or we can use your model, we employ engineers fluent in CATIA, Solid Works and Master Cam.

Precision Inspection Equipment

In addition to all the standard calipers and micrometers, we have a traditional, free-standing Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM), capable of measuring down to 0.0002".

Direct Part Marking

We engrave, impression stamp, vibro-peen, electrolytic etch and ink stamp parts every day. We can apply and verify 2D Data Matrix bar codes, too.

Assembly

Staking, pressing, bolting, riveting, insulating, clamping: Yup, we do that too.

Hydraulic Testing

We're also equipped with a high pressure, low flow volume hydraulic test cart.
